- Payment Information: Securely handled via Razorpay or Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Support Data: Any correspondence or feedback you share with our team.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to power and improve the Katalog experience:
- To run our AI pipeline and generate professional catalogue imagery.
- To provide custom brand training (LoRA) for consistent model faces.
- To facilitate WhatsApp Business catalogue syncing if opted-in.
- To manage your subscription, credits, and provide technical support.
3. Asset Isolation & Security
Your brand's assets are your intellectual property. We implement enterprise-grade Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that:
- Your uploads and generations are strictly private to your tenant/account.
- No other user or brand can ever access or view your assets.
- Your data is never used to train public, cross-tenant AI models.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and security. We may also use analytical cookies to understand platform usage and improve our features. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though some features may become unavailable if essential cookies are disabled.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active to provide you with seamless access to your library. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated assets at any time.
