At Katalog, we value your privacy and give you full control over your digital footprint. Follow the guide below to permanently remove your data.
What data will be removed?
When you proceed with account deletion, the following data points are purged from our production systems and eventually from encrypted backups:
How to initiate deletion
The most direct way to request data removal is via our dedicated privacy team. Please reach out from your registered email address:

Third-Party Connectivity
If you use social authentication, you can revoke access directly through your provider's dashboard:
Facebook / Meta
Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Find Katalog and select "Remove". We automatically log a deletion request when you remove our app.
Manage permissions in your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps. Removing access here will prevent further sign-ins but does not automatically trigger a full data purge; please email us for a complete deletion.
Process & Timeline
Upon receiving a request, we verify identity and initiate the purge. The process typically completes within 48 to 72 hours. You will receive a final confirmation once your data is permanently removed.
Important Considerations
- Irreversibility: Once deleted, assets and models cannot be recovered. There is no "undo".
- Credits: Any remaining AI credits or active subscription time will be forfeited without refund.
- Legal Retention: We may retain minimal records (e.g. transaction IDs) where required by law or for tax compliance.
