Katalog provides AI-powered imagery and video generation services for textile brands. We offer both "Draft" and "Studio" quality renders. While we strive for high fidelity, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring you have the rights to any assets (images, logos) you upload.
• Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Katalog operates on a "pay-as-you-go" or credit-based system. All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). We provide tax-compliant invoices for all transactions. Refunds are generally not provided for successfully completed renders.

Your Assets: You retain all ownership rights to the original assets you upload.
Generated Content:Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Katalog grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content generated for your brand.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

Katalog is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
